  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
  • All sales made on our website are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive:

  • a damaged product, or
  • an incorrect item

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • clear photos or videos of the product
  • your order number

After verification, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
(No refunds will be issued.)
