- We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the rare case that you receive:
- a damaged product, or
- an incorrect item
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- clear photos or videos of the product
- your order number
After verification, we may offer a replacement at our sole discretion.
